Smoking or the use or sale of tobacco is prohibited in or on all Medical Center-owned or leased buildings, grounds, parking lots, ramps, plazas, vehicles, and sidewalks adjacent to our properties. Employees are not to partake of tobacco products during a work shift to include meal and break times. Western Missouri Medical Center does not hire those who partake of tobacco products as evidenced by a urine drug screen prior to employment or by personal admission of tobacco-product utilization.
